- Welll need an idea of the type of renovations you require (laundry, kitchen, bathrooms, offices, etc.) and the type of building (house, townhouse, apartment, office, etc.), as well as the location and what you want to achieve with your renovations.
- Our project manager will visit your property to discuss the details of any structural changes that are required, as well as product choices. You’ll also talk about safety and security, and the current timeline for your renovations.
At the end of this visit and based on these discussions, you’ll receive an initial quote and drawing that outlines the required renovations. This will be followed by a more detailed quotation based on our initial discussions.
2. Execution

- We’ll organise all the required trades and share a trade schedule with you so you can plan your work and personal calendar accordingly.
Your dedicated project manager keeps in regular contact with you and updates the trade schedule as your renovation progress.
3. Delivery
